Math Tutorial |
Students can get help from Mrs. Gaffney and use an exciting and fun math game that allows you to customize your avatar and improve your math skills. You can also compete against other students from around the world on your computer to earn points for clothing and accessories for your avatar. |
Cooking Club |
Cooking Club is now on Wednesdays. Students will have the opportunity to make a variety of foods...from cookies to pizza!!! |
Theater |
This quarter, students will have the opportunity to write small skits and work with the Video Production Club to tape their performances. |
Video Production |
5th -8th graders only, please. During these sessions you will work with video cameras, sound equipment, iMovie, and Garage Band to create short original videos and a school news program!! Let your creative juices flow to produce what may be the best show ever made. Video production will meet on Monday’s, Tuesday’s and Thursday’s this quarter! |
Indoor-Outdoor Activities |
Students will participate in a variety of activities from kickball to sledding. We are asking that ALL students participating in indoor/outdoor activities come prepared for outdoor weather. If you are not dressed appropriately, you will not allowed to participate for that day. |
Homework Club |
During homework club students will have the opportunity to have teachers assist them with their work, projects, etc. For the first time this year we will be splitting up middle and high school students. |
Fishing & Photography Club |
During the first 2 weeks, students will be taking pictures and making posters. After this, students will be going to the river to fish. The river has just been stocked so the fishing should be great!!! |
Strength and Fitness |
Students will use the treadmill and/or elliptical machine to get aerobic exercise under the direct supervision of Mr. Crane. He will also guide students through the basics of weight training so that they may work the muscle groups of their choosing. |
Greenhouse Club |
Students will be taken into the greenhouse at Cold Hollow to plant flowers and learn how to make arrangements for Mother's Day!! Come join the fun! |
